The first conversation is a discovery session. You tell us what you are trying to change. We ask questions about your timeline, your capacity to hold the work and the constituencies you are accountable to.
If we are the right fit, we name which instrument matches your moment and what the engagement timeline would look like. If we are not the right fit, we say so directly and point you toward the firms or practitioners who are.
