Overview

The cross-sector partnership process is critical in order for concerned and committed partners to effectively collaborate in the interests of the identified “goal”. The varied contribution capacity, areas of expertise, and various relation to the problem of practice all impact the disposition of how the partners arrive to the collaboration space. Thus, the confluence process requires—skilled navigation in order to articulate the “NorthStar”, the definitive and measurable evidence of achievement, research and outlining of the path/implementation as well as determining who + how the progress will be monitored.

The Process

AG consultants are skilled facilitators, researchers, scholars, and practitioners. We are nationally awarding winning and recognized professionals. Our process is standardized with a lens informed by equity, forward thinking resilience, and authentic community engagement. Not only do we facilitate the process to problem solving, we build trust and develop relationships which encourage additional buy-in, encouraging a ground swelling of support. This often consists of ushering the marketing, branding, and public sharing of the process to support partners in catalyzing the movement towards the “NorthStar”.
